Mars Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 sachet EasiYo Ice Cream, Vanilla
- 4 meringue nests, roughly broken
- 2 Mars Bars, finely chopped
Method
Fold meringues and Mars Bars into the
ice cream until roughly blended. Replace
lid and refreeze until solid.

Variations/Comments
Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
Substitute chopped Mars Bars with 1 or 2 chocolate bars of your choice.
